Manish Tapadar is the Co-Founder and CEO of InvoMatrix, a Kolkata-based enterprise software company he founded in 2025 alongside Tamaghna Banerjee. He is a product strategist and engineer with 15+ years of personal experience at the intersection of business needs and technical execution.
Before founding InvoMatrix, Manish held senior engineering and management roles where he led development teams, designed product roadmaps, and delivered enterprise systems for clients in banking, hospitality, healthcare, and education.
As CEO, Manish drives the strategic direction of InvoMatrix — from new product ideas to enterprise sales and long-term client partnerships. He is also deeply hands-on, frequently contributing to architecture reviews and product design decisions.
